According to a TV station in Uganda known as NTV herbert pleaded guilty to the act saying he was instructed to behead his brother by a member of the illuminati inorder to get rich.
The Ugandan Police spoke person said, the arrested Were on his way to meet the illuminati member who asked for the head of joel.
Herbert ran to a friend house to pass the night there after beheading his brother joel,
But his friend reported him to the police and he was arrested in Kampala, a border between kenya and Uganda.
A music brother was arrested ny name Jeff Kiwanuka who is the illuminati member that asked for the head of the his brother joel inorder to get rich.
