A Statement released by the world health organization on Thursday stated that the deadly disease, that has been a global health alert for over 2years now (EBOLA) is declared over all over the world.

The deadliest outbreak in the history of the feared tropical virus wrecked the economies and health systems of the three worst-hit west African nations after it emerged in southern Guinea in December 2013.
At its peak, it devastated Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, with bodies piling up in the streets and overwhelmed hospitals recording hundreds of new cases a week.

“Today the World Health Organization declares the end of the most recent outbreak of Ebola virus disease in Liberia and says all known chains of transmission have been stopped in West Africa, “the UN health agency announced in Geneva.

UN chief Ban Ki-moon has warned the region can expect sporadic cases in the coming year but added “we also expect the potential and frequency of those flare-ups to decrease over time”.

“This has created awareness for Africa as a whole to be conscious of their enviromental being and the world att large, ebola which claimed the lives of many people during its origin.
“Let us pledge to maintain our vigilance, our commitment and our solidarity for the people of west Africa and our world.”

Africa was the last country to be heated by the deadly virus, Liberia Precisely has lost many lives and many regained their lives as it was the only country that just recovered from the ebola virus.

See what Sitting In the office Everyday Can cause to your Health (MUST READ)

Groups of Foreign Researcher by Name Prof. Mika Kivimaki conducted a research on the causes of stroke yesterday, and they came up with this information revealing that working 55 hours or more per week, might be associated with greater risk of stroke and developing coronary heart disease, compared with working a standard 35 to 40 hours.
The study led by researchers from University College London, was published in the journal The Lancet.
Prof. Mika Kivimaki, who led the study, said they did a systematic review and meta-analysis of published studies and unpublished individual-level data examining the effects of longer working hours on cardiovascular disease.
He said the analysis of data from 25 studies involving 603,838 men and women from Europe, U.S. and Australia, were followed for an average of eight and a half years.
Kivimaki said in the final analysis they found a 13 per cent increased risk of incident coronary heart disease, in people working 55 hours, or more per week, compared with those putting in a normal 35 to 40 hour week.
He said further that there was another analysis of data from 17 studies involving 528,908 men and women who were followed up for an average of 7.2 years.
Kivimaki said in this researchers found a 1.3 times higher risk of stroke in individuals working 55 hours or more a week compared with those working standard hours.
He said most importantly, the researchers found that the longer people worked, the higher their chances of a stroke.
“For example, compared with people who worked standard hours, those working between 41 and 48 hours had a 10 per cent higher risk of stroke, and those working 49 to 54 hours had a 27 per cent increased risk of stroke.
“We fully investigated the association between working hours and cardiovascular disease risk with greater precision than has previously been possible,” he said.
Kivimaki said the researchers discovered that increasing health-risk behaviours, such as physical inactivity and high alcohol consumption, as well as repetitive triggering of the stress response, might increase the risk of stroke.
They Gave an Anti-dode to the problem of stroke to avoid being struck with a might stroke this tips encourages individuals to excersie their body a while not sitting down all the time.

Bad things to do without feeling Guilty

Everyone makes mistakes that affect our lives, but it’s not the end of the world. We often blame ourselves for doing wrong things without realizing that they can actually make our lives better. Doing bad things every now and then doesn`t define you as a terrible person. Even though someone would say you`re wrong and you have to learn how to become better, you just can`t avoid doing bad things and it`s not a big deal. A woman may allow herself to be a bit nasty sometimes as these things don`t truly hurt anyone, so don`t mind if you ever do one of these things

1. Get mad

All of us have bad days from time to time. There are situations when we can`t control our feelings and suddenly get mad. You may even snap at people you love, but you probably understand your mistake and apologize later. They will forgive you as they also lose their temper at times. Everyone is guilty of doing this bad thing so don’t blame yourself a lot the next time you get mad.

2. Cut a friend out of your life

If you feel like your friend or even family member is trying to ruin your life, you need to cut this person out of your life. Even if they helped you in the past, don’t feel guilty about saying goodbye to them. Talk to them and let them know that you don’t want to see them in your life anymore. Your life might become much better.

3. Gossip

Discussing some of your friends or anyone else isn`t as bad as everyone says. I personally haven`t met a girl who doesn’t like to gossip. What`s more is that it`s not a female trait only, men also often talk about other people. Of course, cruelly judging the others isn`t good and you shouldn`t go too far but you`re not a bad person if you show your interest about someone`s life.

4. Look at the other guys

If you`re in a relationship but you still keep looking at the other guys, your partner may become angry with this fact. In my opinion, it`s not a problem at all. You have a full right to look at anyone you want, even if it’s another guy. If you do so, it doesn`t mean that you`re bad, it just means that you`re a girl, so don`t worry.

5. Break up with him

Guys aren’t the only ones who can dump us – we can do it too. It’s hard to break up with a guy who loves you, but if you don’t love him, end your relationship without feeling guilty about it. Yes, you will hurt him, but he will thank you for doing it down the road.

6. Think about yourself

Being happy when the others feel down isn`t awful. Wanting to be the most successful in your family isn`t terrible. Thinking about yourself and your own happiness isn`t always selfish. You should take control over your desires, of course, but caring about yourself doesn`t make you a deeply selfish person. All successful people pay attention to their own luck and fortune and that`s actually what helps them reach their goals.

7. Lie to protect

Lying is a bad idea, however there are certain situations where we have to lie in order to protect ourselves or people we love. Lying doesn’t automatically make you a hopeless liar – you just protect yourself and it’s natural. I often feel guilty about lying, but I realize that a white lie is helpful at times. Next time you say a white lie, don’t feel guilty about it.

We are not perfect and we tend to make bad things in life – that doesn`t mean we`re bad ourselves. If you want to be successful and happy, it’s okay to do bad things once in a while. Just don’t dwell on them. Of course, you should never go too far, but don`t blame yourself for any trifle you do. What are the things you`re blaming yourself for but know you shouldn`t?

Ladies See the 7 things you need to do before sleep to wake up Beautiful

After very  a long, hard day at work or a crazy party, the last thing you want to do is prepare your skin for sleep. You skip your beauty prep, fall asleep and then wonder why you wake up with puffy eyes and dull, tired-looking skin nearly each day. All women are beautiful but not every woman takes care of her skin properly. While you can skip your morning face wash once in a while, you can’t allow yourself to skip your bedtime beauty rituals no matter how tired you are. Here are the things you should do before sleep to wake up looking your best.

1. Take a bath

One of the things everyone wants to do once they are home is to destress and relax. There are many ways to fight stress before bed. Some women drink a glass of wine, while others watch their favorite TV shows. Those are unhealthy ways that can make you look even more tired in the morning. Taking a warm bath before you hit the sack helps to relax and sleep better so you will definitely wake up super beautiful in the morning.

2. Wash off your makeup

Sleeping in your makeup is a surefire way to wake up with some pimples, skin irritation, fine lines and wrinkles. Whether you are using natural organic makeup or mineral makeup, beauty products as well as bacteria and debris clog your pores and lead to acne and even premature wrinkles, if you don’t wash them off each day before sleep. No matter how tired or lazy you are, take off your makeup in order to wake up looking fresh and beautiful.

3. Moisturize your skin

Although it’s recommended to put moisturizer all over the body, make sure you at least use your night cream and eye cream before you head to bed. Once you take a shower or a bath, apply your cream to your face and lotion to your body to keep your skin moisturized all night long. Dry skin looks more wrinkled, which means you won’t look your best in the morning if you don’t moisturize your skin at night.

4. Brush your pearly whites

Let’s be honest, how often do you skip brushing your teeth? Many women confess that they often forget to brush their teeth before going to bed and they think it’s okay because they always do it in the morning. Studies repeatedly show that not brushing teeth before bed can lead to some serious health issues, including heart disease. It sounds like a good reason to brush your pearly whites regularly.

5. Drink a glass of lemon water

Don’t worry, ladies, a glass of lemon water won’t cause midnight bathroom visits, unless you drink a few glasses. Lemon water keeps your body hydrated as well as clear you skin while you sleep. Give it a try tonight and you will wake up with a plump and radiant skin tomorrow. Enjoy a glass of lemon water in the morning to speed up your metabolism, boost your energy and feel and look your best all day long.

6. Get your beauty sleep

Sleep makes you feel better and look beautiful regardless of your age. You probably know you need to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night, but do you know exactly when you should go to bed to wake up looking beautiful in the morning? Between the hours of 11pm and 3am, your skin is repairing and restoring, so make sure you go to bed around 11 pm and get at least 7 hours of sleep.

7. Meditate

Yup, meditation is one of those things that can help you wake up looking amazing. It’s actually my personal tip. I live a highly stressful life so often have to deal with stress-related skin issues, especially breakouts. What I found out is that meditation before bed helps me destress, get rid of negative thoughts and prepare for sleep. I fall asleep calm and happy and wake up feeling great and looking beautiful.
You see, you don’t need to spend hours before bedtime in order to wake up beautiful in the morning. Develop these bedtime habits to spend less time trying to hide under-eye circles and pimples. What do you do before going to bed? Anything to add?

How to wash your clean to avoid Germs

Do you Wonder if you are washing your hair the right way? My own research showed that 7 out of 10 women don’t wash their hair right. While I can’t state with assurance that all women worldwide commit these hair washing mistakes, many don’t know how to do their hair correctly. Washing hair isn’t a hard process – you just wet, shampoo, rinse your hair, apply conditioner or hair mask and then again rinse, and that’s it. Nothing complicated, but washing your hair properly can seriously make a difference. Here’s the ultimate hair washing guide to follow:

1. Begin with a hot rinse

You probably know the rule – don’t wash your hair with hot water. Well, it’s true, partially. I always thought that hot water is absolutely bad for my hair health until I met a beauty expert who shared the secret of hot rinse with me. When you wet your hair with a hot water (but not very hot, of course!), it helps to open up the pores and the cuticle, and remove any dirt more effectively. This, in turn, helps your conditioner or hair mask absorb better.

2. Wash the scalp

The popular way to apply shampoo is all over the hair and scalp. This popular way is actually a wrong way. Apply your shampoo to the scalp only, massage it gently and rinse it with warm water. If your hair is too dirty and oily, then after you apply your shampoo to your scalp, lather it in your hands and gently move it over the strands. There’s no need to shampoo your hair twice or use a lot of product.
Although most shampoo brand’s instructions recommend us to shampoo hair twice before using a conditioner or a hair mask, I think it’s just a trick to make us use the product faster and spend money on a new one. Handful of shampoo is enough to wash a very dirty or greasy hair, so don’t overdo it. Over-shampooing strips away the natural oils from the scalp and causes dryness, dandruff and irritation.

3. Don’t apply your conditioner to the scalp

Whether you have oily or dry hair, never apply your hair conditioner to the scalp. Not only do you waste the product, you make your hair look greasy, which means you’ll want to wash your hair again the next day. As you probably know, washing your hair each day is bad for your hair health, so use your conditioner from the mid-length to the tips and rinse it with warm water.

4. Add shine to your locks with a cold rinse

This step is for the bravest women, probably. Really, I couldn’t imagine rinsing my hair with cold water. Once I tried, I saw the difference, and now I always finish my hair washing with a cold rinse to add luster to my locks. I can’t rinse my hair with a very cold water (maybe because I prefer hot showers over cold ones) but a slightly cold water works well for me. Give a cold rinse a try and let me know how it works for you.

5. Use your conditioner first

This rule isn’t for every woman. If you have trouble washing your hair or you have a very long hair, try conditioning your hair before using your regular shampoo. This way, you prevent any hair damage and wash your long hair faster. If you don’t have conditioner, you can use a small amount of your hair mask – just don’t leave it for 20 minutes.
I know, it sounds complicated, but once you turn this hair washing guide into a habit, you won’t notice how you make your hair healthy and shiny. So, ladies, let’s be honest, which of you do wash your hair the right way? Do you find these hints helpful? Share your thoughts in the comments section.

Health:Tempted To Pop That Pimple? Read This First!

You wake up in the morning and see one ugly bump on your face. It may be a whitehead, inflamed pustule (pus-filled) or just a modest blackhead. Either way, you search for the simplest, fastest way to get rid of it and the first tool you reach out for is your hands. You either want to pop it, squeeze it, squish it, prick it, scratch it, scrape it…. However, before you do that, take note of this: The reason you’re not supposed to pop pimples is that anytime you deliberately break skin, you risk creating a scar or getting an infection. Popping pimples also in the long term damages skin. According to some dermatologists, you should only pop a Whitehead and not a Blackhead. Whitehead pimples have usually been around for a few days, and they have a white tip where pus has collected underneath the skin. These pimples are easy to pop, and when treated with care they can be safely removed without causing an infection or scarring. However doing it right is difficult for most people that is why it is generally advised to avoid it. As tempting as it may be to pop that pimple, you may regret it later if it scars. If you squeeze a whitehead wrongly: *.you inflame it and the tissue around it *.it bleeds and scabs over, making it harder to cover up *.it ends up lasting a week instead of a few days *.you might even damage the skin, leaving you with a scar Still, there are many people who just can’t resist attacking a pimple. It can be an irresistible impulse, much like scratching a mosquito bite or picking a scab. So, if you insist on attending to it right away, here’s what you can do instead. I found this on TheBeautyDepartment *.Run hot water that is pretty hot but not so hot that you can’t touch it with your finger. Place a corner of a clean washcloth under the hot water to soak it. *.Wring it out so it’s no longer dripping. *.Immediately hold the corner with your finger directly on top of the blemish. This is bringing all of the fluid to the surface (where the phrase “bringing it to a head” comes from). *.Watch TV or chill for a few minutes until the cloth is no longer warm. While holding your finger still directly on top of it, gently slide your finger 1 millimeter in any direction. The whitehead should slide right off with the cloth. *.If not, no worries, you just need to repeat steps 1-4 again until it’s ready and it works. Whatever you do, make sure you never use your nails to pop a piimple. Also, don’t pop the pimple if you don’t think it’s ready to pop. If it’s something little and you try and mess with it, it’ll make it look worse. A final caution: There are types of pimples you should never try to pop, no matter how great the urge — cysts and nodules, which are firm, painful pimples that form deep in your skin. The treatment for these pimples is more complex than that for regular acne, and they should be treated by a doctor only. Stay beautiful! What are your thoughts on these tips? How do you resist the urge to pop a pimple anytime you feel like? Do you know of any other ‘proper’ way to pop a pimple? Let’s share!
